• Environmentally sustainable - Bamboo is one of the earth's fastest growing plants and it is a grass that grows to maturity in 5 years or less. Bamboo is the product derived from the forests of a fully sustainable, environmentally friendly and rapidly growing renewable resource.
• Exotic bamboo furniture is made by fused thin bamboo strips. We offer two color choices- light natural color (by special order) and dark caramelized color. Caramelized color is made by our special carbonization process and the bamboo fiber is turned completely to the dark brown color through this process. Exotic bamboo is 100% harder than Red Oak.
