Orchid Dining Collection Features:
- Environmentally sustainable - Bamboo is one of the earth's fastest growing plants and it is a grass that grows to maturity in 5 years or less. Bamboo is the product derived from the forests of a fully sustainable, environmentally friendly and rapidly growing renewable resource.
- Classic bamboo furniture is made by laminated material from milled squared edge bamboo slats. We offer two color choices- light natural color (by special order) and dark caramelized color. Caramelized color is made by our special carbonization process and the bamboo fiber is turned completely to the dark brown color through this process. We also offer stained options on some of our collections. Classic bamboo is 20% harder than Oak.
