Found a better price on one of our items on another site?  Call our sales specialist and provide the store information, the item number, advertised price, and shipping costs.  We will do our best to price match.  We have found that very few of our competitors carry our product lines, so it must be an exact item number match to qualify.  This price match policy is not available for auction site listings or discontinued lines.

How Will My Order Ship?

Most items require delivery via common carrier due to the size of the products, which means a truck freight company will be delivering this item. To provide a higher level of service the shipper will work with you directly to arrange for a time and date of delivery.

The common carrier drivers will bring your purchase to your delivery address for curbside delivery. The driver will not bring the shipment into your home or up any stairs. Drivers are expected to notify you of a delivery time and day and your delivery service options, so you can have the appropriate help available to get purchases into your home if necessary.

Please keep in mind that you may need a couple of people to help unload it depending on the level of delivery service. Alternatively, most truck freight companies offer additional services to help you move items from the truck into your house if it is not included in your shipping charges. You can work with the shipper directly to arrange for any additional delivery services that you would like to take advantage of. You will be responsible for directly paying the truck freight carrier for these additional services.

Our goal is to have your purchase arrive as quickly as possible and in excellent condition. Please inspect the merchandise thoroughly prior to the delivery driver's departure. If the item is damaged, please write "Damaged" on the signature slip.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Items ship from the manufacturer within 5-7 business days. If the items are in stock, you should receive your order within 2-3 weeks from the date of purchase. Stock changes frequently. We will provide an estimated ship date when you place your order, which is subject to change on occasion.

Returns & Exchanges

Client satisfaction is our top priority.  Our goal is to make the process of returns and exchanges simple and hassle-free.  We have outlined our policies below, or call our Client Service help line for personal attention at 1-866-526-1843, ext. 2.

How do I return my order? You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange your order.

Your satisfaction is our guarantee on all purchases from UniqueVanities.com, UniqueMirrorsOnline.com , UniqueEcoFurniture.com & UniqueLightFixture.com.  If you receive your items from us and are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange of the purchase price less actual shipping and handling costs, and may incur a restocking fee up to 15%.  Please note, some of our items ship free, so if you return an item that qualified for free shipping, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.  If you decide to exchange for another item, we may be able to reduce some or all of the shipping fees.  Please call us in this situation and we will work together with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Wrap the product carefully in the original packaging.  All returns must be shipped back in their original packaging unless approved first.  We will provide an estimated refund and will schedule the return shipment.  Please keep your tracking information provided upon pick up.  Once we receive the return, we will inspect it and process any refunds due. 

Freight Damage

What if my order is damaged?   You have 3 days from the date of delivery to report any freight damage or manufacturing defects.

Though we strive to package all of our products with great care and detail, there are some things that are out of our control (like a forklift in the freight terminal). 

You will receive detailed delivery instructions with your tracking information upon shipment.

If Shipped via Truck Freight or White Glove:

Even if the package appears only slightly damaged, write "Package Damaged" when you sign for delivery. This is VERY important. If the package looks significantly damaged, you may refuse delivery of the package. The damaged package will be returned to us and we will send you a new one. If you refuse delivery, please notify us so that we can expect the return shipment.

If you have already accepted the package and you find that your purchase is missing parts or has minor defects/flaws, please contact us immediately and we will ship out new parts or work on a resolve to your satisfaction.

If your item is problematic due to a manufacturer's defect, we can either replace the defective part, or if necessary, the entire unit. We stand behind our products and maintain great relationships with the manufacturers who produce them. If you are having an issue, please contact us and we will make every effort to resolve it to your satisfaction.

IMPORTANT: Please inspect your order upon delivery and make note of any damage or missing items on the delivery receipt provided by the freight driver.  It is important that you keep all original packaging if a return or exchange is needed.

If you return an item that was purchased with a gift certificate, you will receive an in-store credit for the amount of the gift certificate.
